Contact for privacy matters:

General

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and process it in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). This is a static website: we set no cookies of our own, operate no user accounts and run no web analytics.

Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Metanet AG in Switzerland. When you access it, technically necessary information is recorded in server logs: IP address, time of access, page requested, volume of data transferred and browser identification. This data serves secure operation and troubleshooting, is not combined with other sources and is deleted after a short period.

Contact form

Our contact form uses the Formaloo service. The form is not loaded automatically: it appears only when you explicitly request it, and no connection to Formaloo is made before that. Once loaded, the details you enter – name, email address and message – are processed on Formaloo servers within the EU and forwarded to us. We use them solely to respond to your enquiry and delete them once the matter is concluded, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Google Maps link

The contact page contains a link to Google Maps. No map is embedded: unless you click the link, no data is transmitted to Google. If you do click it, you leave our website and Google's privacy policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right to information about the personal data we process about you, as well as rights to rectification, erasure and data portability. Please contact us at the address above. We require proof of identity before providing information.

Changes

We may amend this privacy notice. The version published on this page applies.
